Gentry Fall Cleanup

October 17, 2020


OCTOBER 17 & 18 FROM 9:00-4:00


Join us for a fall cleanup event October 17th & 18th from 9-4.

 There will be roll-off dumpsters provided at 410 W. Main Street and a

 tree giveaway with a variety of species available. Then head across the street to 413 W.

Main Street for the recycling of cardboard, paper, plastic, tire recycling and E-waste recycling.


  • Please limit 4 tires per Benton County household and no construction waste.

  • Only 2 household electronic pieces (containing a circuit board) per household allowed.

  • Hazardous waste will be accepted Saturday, October 17th from 10-2 ONLY

  • Proof of Benton County residency required for the Tree Giveaway

The City of Gentry, Arkansas, is accepting applications for the positions of Full-Time,  Part-Time and Reserve Police Officers.  Applicants must be U.S. citizen, at least 21 YOA, possess a valid driver's license and meet, or be able to meet, all minimum standards requirements, as set forth by the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training.  Applicants chosen for further review will undergo a thorough personal/professional background investigation, and interview process.   Applications will be accepted until 10/15/20 or until the positions are filled.  This institution is an equal opportunity provider and employer. The City of Gentry Water Department has gone through a software upgrade.  If you had an online account you will need to register account again.  An online account will allow you to view your bill, see your account history and make payments. As of 9/1/20 phone payments will no longer be accepted.

Dawn Hill East Bridge Opening

Only 57.6% of Arkansans have responded to the census! If you need assistance please visit the Gentry Library as the staff there will assist you. You can follow this link to respond www.2020census.gov.

The census is linked to important federal funds which directly impacts the community in which you live.

Door knocking efforts are ending a full month before originally announced so please help us move the count!! Please share and help us get everyone in Gentry counted!
