Gentry water bills may now be paid online through SoftTel ePay.  Click on the following link to register to receive bills via email, check your account balance, as well as to pay your bill online.

Convenience fees are charged by the third-party providers and are not collected by the city of Gentry. To avoid all convenience fees, customers may still mail payments to the city or bring them by the office or drop box.

Starting New Service

To begin water service, current photo ID is required. Deposits are $100 for residential customers and $125 for commercial customers.  Deposits are returned after 2 years with good payment or applied to final bill, with the remainder refunded to customer.  You must be present to start new service.  We cannot begin new service over the phone.  Please call for more information.

Where Does Our Water Come From?

Gentry receives its water via the Benton and Washington County Water Authority, otherwise known as Two-Ton. Two-ton water gave rural communities in the two counties access to a reliable source for large quantities of water for municipal, agricultural and industrial application. The City of Gentry recently finalized a rural water system to serve areas outside the city limits.
