If you had an online Gentry Water account before 8/28/20 you will need to reset your account through the button below.  Click on the following link to register your account, receive bills, check your account balance, request disconnect, pay your bill and more.  Phone payments will no longer be accepted as of 9/1/20.

Convenience fees are charged by the third-party provider and are not collected by the city of Gentry. To avoid all convenience fees, customers may sign up for auto-draft, mail payments, or use the 2 drop boxes located at the front and back of the building.

Starting New Service

To begin water service, current photo ID is required. Deposits are $100 for residential customers and $125 for commercial customers.  Deposits are returned after 2 years with good payment or applied to final bill, with the remainder refunded to customer.

Where Does Our Water Come From?

Gentry receives its water via the Benton and Washington County Water Authority, otherwise known as Two-Ton. Two-ton water gave rural communities in the two counties access to a reliable source for large quantities of water for municipal, agricultural and industrial application. The City of Gentry recently finalized a rural water system to serve areas outside the city limits.
